Ways of Registration
• Online registration is limited to registration on the official website of the conference. After the deadline of online registration, please contact the Secretariat of the 2018 International Conference on Transportation and Transportation Services for the Elderly and the Disabled.
• After the deadline for online registration on October 15, 2018, you can register with cash (NTD) or credit card upon arrival at the venue.
• Payment of the registration fee by credit card will be converted into New Taiwan Dollars. The exchange rate is about one U.S. dollar to 32 Taiwan Dollars.
★For students, one-day tickets, and accompanying persons/caregivers of the disabled, the networking package costs RMB 3,840 per person, including welcome party and conference dinner.
Invitation card Participants can request an invitation letter from the conference secretariat. The purpose of sending the invitation letter is only for entry visa applications. This invitation letter does not mean that the organizer of the 2018 International Conference on Transportation and Transportation Services for the Elderly and the Disabled, promises to provide applicants or accompanying persons For any financial assistance, the expenses incurred are the personal responsibility of the applicant.
Cancellation and Refund
Refund principle The cancellation notice and refund request must be submitted in writing to the secretariat of the 2018 International Conference on Transportation and Transportation Services for the Elderly and the Disabled. The principles of cancellation and refund are:
• Cancellation before 23:59 (Taiwan time) on August 31, 2018: 90% refund of registration fee
• Cancellation from September 1st to October 14th, 2018: 50% refund of registration fee
• Cancellation after 00:01, October 15, 2018 (Taiwan time): no refund
All refunds will be processed after the conference.
