1. The abstract of the paper must be submitted online, and the deadline is June 30, 2018. Contributions by fax or email will not be accepted.
2. The author must confirm the correctness of the abstract. Any literal or academic errors will be published in the original text of the manuscript.
3. All presenters need to register for the conference and pay their own transportation, accommodation and registration fees.
4. Paper preparation and submission principles 1. All applicants must submit papers online ( submission of abstracts ).

9. All abstracts of the paper will be reviewed by the academic committee, and applicants will be notified by email on July 15, 2018.
