Create account/login/pay (refund) fee

1. How to create an account
  • Step one, please click [Online Registration] on the official website of the conference to create an account, fill in your personal information, and after sending it, you will receive the conference registration notification letter in the registered email box. 
  • Step 2: After clicking the link in the registration notification letter, the system will enter the online registration login screen. ***Some e-mailboxes are blocked by the system. If the system blocks the letter, please search in the junk folder first. If you cannot find the letter, please contact the conference secretariat. 
  • Step 3. After entering the login screen, please enter the registration email, password, and verification code to log in to the system. 
  • Step 1. After logging in, you will see the personal information preview screen. After verifying the information, click [Next]. 
  • Step 2. If you have any special needs, please fill in "Needs for mobility with disabilities". If you do not have mobility needs with disabilities, please click [Next] to continue registration. 
  • Step 3. If you have an accompanying person, please fill in the "Accompanying Care Personnel" form. If not, please click [Next] to continue registration. 
  • Step 4. On the "Registration Fee" page, please fill in the registration fee, social activities, and optional post-meeting barrier-free travel, and then click [Send]. 
  • Step 5. After verifying the information, click [Pay]. 
  • Step 6, fill in your credit card number information, and check the bottom "I have understood and agreed to the use of my personal information that is collected by ECPay" (I have understood and agreed to ECPay's use of my personal information). Submit the form to complete the payment. 
  • Please select "Student (overseas and local)" in the "Registration Fee" page, and then upload your student ID in the upload file below. 
  • If you can’t successfully create an account, it may be because you entered symbols (""''""『』、!?:; etc.) 
  • If you do not pass the confirmation letter, please find the confirmation letter in the junk folder of the registered email box. If you cannot find the letter, please contact the conference secretariat. 
  • Please provide proof of payment and write to the secretariat of the TRANSED conference, and refund the fee based on the time of the letter and the time specified below. All refunds will be processed after the conference. 
  • Cancellation before 23:59, August 31, 2018 (Taiwan time): 90% refund of registration fee
  • Cancellation from September 1st to October 14th, 2018: 50% refund of registration fee
  • Cancellation after 00:01, October 15, 2018 (Taiwan time): no refund 
  • Step 1. The account establishment procedure must be completed before submitting the paper. 
  • Step 2. After the account is created, please go to the homepage and click the [paper online submission] button to enter the paper online submission screen. 
  • Step 3. In the TRANSED2018 abstract submission system, click the [Add] button. 
  • Step 4. Please familiarize yourself with the copyright and legal obligations of the paper submission. After reading, please tick the [I have read and understood the above] box, and then press the [Send] button. 
  • Step 5, fill in the fields in the paper submission system, such as presentation type (poster, oral), main classification (ABCD), secondary classification (A1-A9; B1-B9; C1-C9; D1-D9), abstract For the title, keywords, summary text and other information, click [Save]. If the summary and field information are confirmed to be correct, click [Submit]. Please note that this system only accepts English writing, with a maximum of 500 words. 
  • Step 6. After filling in the author's information (first name, last name, affiliation) and subsidiary information (department, institution, city, country), please click [Save]. After the data is confirmed, please click [Send]. 
  • Step 1. After filling in the department, institution, city, and country, please click Add. To add another organization, repeat this step. 
  • Step two, fill in the author's first name and last name, and fill in the department serial number for affiliation. As shown in the figure below, Angie Huang is affiliated with 1 (Willy) and 2 (TRANSED) at the same time. 
  • Before submitting the paper, you must first create an account, fill in your personal information, and send an email confirmation letter before you can submit your paper online without any fee payment procedures. 
  • *** Reminder: Each paper must have at least one author to participate in this conference. Participants must complete the registration and payment procedures.
  • The conference committee will make a final decision after a comprehensive review of the abstract and announce the list of persons who can make oral presentations. Those who participate in the oral presentation must complete the registration and pay the registration fee. 
  • When editing, please click [Save] to avoid data loss. 
  • To confirm the submission and no longer edit, please press [Submit]. Papers or abstracts cannot be edited when they are submitted. If you need to modify the papers, please contact the conference secretariat. 
  • Experts and scholars from all walks of life are welcome to attend this conference, but there is no mandatory paper co-authors to participate in the conference. 
  • ***Reminder: Each paper must have at least one author to participate in this conference. Participants must complete the registration and payment procedures.
  • Considering the reservation process, participants’ credit card numbers and other personal information are required. Therefore, the secretary of the conference will not assist this business for the time being. 
  • At present, the hotel information in Taipei area has been compiled to the official website. Please refer to it and make your own reservation.
